Eventful Week Ahead

On Monday morning on the way to school my father rolled over a carcass of a dog, I felt this disgusting hump then my father went 'Aiyoh, aiyoh, aiyoh'. I asked him if he rolled over the dog, he went like 'a little bit only'- when I felt a really big hump. Went up to the platform to get the prize for being Second for the Book Day Door Decoration Competition, okay I told Elyssa that I wanted the class to do a wave for me when I go up (heehee). Thanks to everyone who did the wave, although it probably sucked! We got memopads and pens, uhh sorry but a little bit cheapskate. Never mind, after school I went to rot at my mother's office. I ate a lot, like Tau Suan, Curry Puff, Fillet-O-Fish, Oreos, Yam sticks and anything else I forgot just for lunch. (The Yam sticks and Curry Puffs at Golden Mile are really very very delicious!) And after all that stuffing of food I slept! Oh pig ass. I brought my Mathematics and Literature files with me but I didn't even revise. Then I woke up just in time to go for my dental appointment, my father dropped my mother and I at Compass Point and went home. I changed my brackets to transparent ones, this is the last month I'm gonna wear braces. Getting retainers, and I always thought retainers were wires but the woman at the counter showed me this translucent rubber thing to put on your teeth and make them stay in position, or something like that. Ooh-ooh, can't wait to put retainers! Had dinner at Kopitiam and walked home.

On Tuesday there was Health Check-up, my scoliosis is still 3 degrees so I don't have to go to whatever hospital to do X-rays and all that rubbish. In Primary 6 I went for X-ray and it was so awkward I had to wear this green loose shirt thing without anything inside and still walk about in the clinic. Luckily we didn't take height and weight, I ate so much the day before. Heehee, after school hours there was 2.4 run. It was drizzling and we thought we need not run that day but the teachers insisted that the weather looked 'promising' and we should get over and done with it, right. Before we assembled we were having a class bonding session, we practised our wave and um, can-can? Yeah, it was really fun and weird but most of the people in 205 joined in the fun so yay! Elyssa started all this can-can thing! Since the start of the year she has been the one who keeps asking us to them. Oh and we can-can-ed on the track during P.E earlier this year! Okay then it was the 2.4km run, our group of friends partnered the other group of friends so that our group of friends could run together at the same time while the other group of friends timed us. I don't really like the word 'clique'. 2.4km run was great. I mean, we kept cheering one another on as a class. I was in the first batch of people who ran, I did 18:01s, auspicious enough, who cares I just wanna pass. Then when the second batch ran, it started raining halfway through it and everyone was drenched, but the class (at least most?) stayed on the cheer the runners, take their timings etc. The runners ran in the rain! Ying Xuan went to get her umbrella and ran with those who were going to complete 2.4km. The slips we were supposed to record the timings on were all soaked and torn. When everyone finally finished we went to the canteen to settle down, by the way there was no Art Club that day, yes yes! Our shoes and socks were all wet to the core, Elyssa and I took out our socks 'cause she told me that our skin will start to peel off and Hui Qi or Yi-lin said that fungus would grow, lol scary. It was about 5.30PM so Elyssa and I had cup noodles, I haven't had them since once upon a time. Then our parents came to fetch us home. I was so stinky on the car, I could smell my perspiration plus rain and also my rotten shoes plus socks plus feet. Really tired, and I was full of urine. I wanted to go to the toilet before 2.4km but there were many people. Went to Aunt Lillian's house to get dinner and I peed for more than a minute. And whee I got my Photoshop! Thanks to Aunt Grace and Uncle William! Reached home at 7.30PM I couldn't care less I bathed and slept. I was worried about Mathematics SA the next day though 'cause I didn't study over the weekends but only looked through certain worksheets I told my mother that she must wake me up at 10PM so that I could study. Uh, in the end I slept till the next day.

Today we had Mathematics SA during the last block, I was really tired. I didn't know how to do the last question, I didn't even understand it. That last question was about half the total marks (30), I don't really mind if I fail. Everyone said it was hard. Many cried after the SA, it was really sad :( My nose felt really itchy after seeing so many people cry. But anyway, cheer up people! There's Literature tomorrow! We had a Higher Chinese mock test, it was hard for me. Now I'm worried about Higher Chinese, I'm supposed to uphold my 'I'm a Chinese, must know Chinese' creed. So far I've never written anything English on my Chinese worksheets, or the other way round, that's good.

Hmm, this week has been and will be very eventful. We're meeting up for English PT on Vesak Day and my paternal relatives are going to have lunch together, I can't go although I do miss them. I doubt we can finish before 12.30PM, by the time we finish it would lunch would have ended. In the end I'll probably land up shopping with Elyssa at a shopping centre we've not yet conquered. Then on Saturday my Geography PT group's coming to my place and my maternal relatives are supposed to have a meal together, I can't go too. But I have Sunday with Mummy on Mother's Day! <3

Just gotta endure 17 days and everything will be fine, and fun. Even though RGS promised not to give any homework during the holidays and they broke their promise, and they cram everything just before the holidays so they are not considered holiday homework. English PT, Geography PT, Biology PT, Philosophy Journal, English Book Reviews, Chinese Book Reviews. And we have another Mathematics SA on Graphs next term 'cause they split the test which was supposed to be done this term into two tests. That means we have to revise during the holidays. Thanks man, liars.
